Karen King Owner/Broker of Horizon Property Management L.L.C. d.b.a. Horizon Vacation Rentals, manages year-round extended stay facilities in some of SW Arizona's most popular locations. She is busy year-round because she depends on the many markets that exist outside the snowbird season here in Arizona.
Karen has committed over twenty years to the real estate industry: previously as an award-winning broker associate; nationally published real estate writer, manager of a community loan program; owner of an advertising and public relations agency for builders and developers. During that time period she has served as a prominent civic leader and business maven in Kansas City, Missouri and South East Arizona.
